Hi, Welcome to Calm Whisperer!
If you are new to the site, this is the page where you would want to start to know what to expect and to know how to navigate the site to make the most out of your (hopefully regular) visits.
The main goal of Calm Whisperer is to help you “keep calm,” have more vitality (through sleep, diet, exercise and the proper mindset), and ultimately enjoy the life that you deserve. While I don’t prescribe the kind of life you will live, because each individual has his or her definition of what is truly an enjoyable life, I am advocate of simple living. Thus you will also see a lot of articles and posts here about living a simple life, one that is free of clutter, too much worries and complications.
I highly suggest you visit the About page to learn more about me and my story… why I created this site. As a summary, I used to have a bad temper and high stress and anxiety level due to work and unhealthy relationships. At the lowest point of my life, I felt sick, and I decided to take back control and gradually healed myself of my anger and resentments and slowly took the road to improving my emotional health and mindset. I am sharing my experiences and lessons here to help people become overcome their struggles and stress, anxiety and bad health.
